Delivering The Goods

Today we headed to the brother in laws for our niece's 13th birthday party. Never one for missing a chance to unload extra zucchini or cucumbers I decided to make them up a box of garden fresh organic vegetables. I ended up with two boxes with over 40 pounds of zucchini, winter squash, potatoes, onions, early girl and fourth of July tomatoes, Salsa peppers as well as two types of sage, 3 types of rosemary, lavender and lots of basil. I must of been feeling generous as I also gave them the first two heirloom tomatoes of this year as well as the first three ears of Silver Queen sweet corn I've harvested this year.
